On the eve of the eclipse, we invite you to gather in sacred ceremony with to***co—a ritual to release what no longer serves and anchor more fully into the timeline you choose.

Alejandro Villegas, Desiree Saltkill, and Raquel Karnavas of FirstMemory will guide participants through a sacred to***co ceremony, rooted in the wisdom of ancient Peruvian shamanic lineages and supported by a traditional mesa (shamanic altar).

The ceremony will include two sacred preparations of Amazonian mapacho to***co: singa, a nasal brew, and hapé, an indigenous s***f. Both are considered powerful sacraments that support the release of old patterns while opening the way to transformative new ways of being.

By connecting with the sacred spirit of this ancient plant and understanding how ni****ne supports brain plasticity, participants can gain tools to reconfigure mental patterns and heal past wounds.

Unlike smoked to***co, singa is prepared as a tea-like infusion and administered nasally through ritual. A few drops are placed in a whelk shell and gently poured into each nostril, similar to a neti pot. The practice is performed twice: first to release stagnant energies and old conditioning, then to call in new intentions and ways of being. The medicine does not burn and has a mildly sweet taste, yet carries a potent effect.

Hapé is delivered with a V-shaped pipe called a tepi. The s***f is blown into the nose, where it permeates the mucous membranes and quickly enters the bloodstream. Its effects are immediate and often profound, producing heightened alertness and a sense of elevation.

The ceremony will be further deepened with the vibrational resonance of crystal bowls, enhancing integration and alignment.

This practice is recommended only for those in good health and sincerely committed to personal transformation. It is not appropriate for individuals struggling with ni****ne addiction, but it may support those seeking to cultivate a healthy and respectful relationship with the spirit of to***co. 21 and over only.

We will work with Singa, a ceremonial brew made from Amazonian mapacho to***co. Far from recreational use, this sacred plant ally is offered as a powerful tool to shed outdated patterns and welcome profound personal transformation. As we connect with its spirit and explore the role of ni****ne in supporting brain plasticity, participants can access new possibilities for rewiring the mind and releasing deeply held emotional imprints.

Rather than being smoked, the to***co is prepared as a liquid infusion. A small amount is gently poured into each nostril from a whelk shell—similar in process to a neti pot. The ritual is done twice: the first round clears old energy and limiting patterns; the second anchors new intentions and aligned ways of being. Singa carries a mildly sweet essence and does not burn, but it is potent and intended for those in good physical health and sincerely committed to inner work.

Please note: This ceremony is not appropriate for individuals struggling with ni****ne dependency. However, for those seeking to develop a respectful and conscious relationship with to***co as a sacred plant teacher, it can be deeply healing.

I am joining forces with Diana Dos Santos of Goddess Heart Community to co-create a powerful evening of ceremony and transformation. Together, we will offer a Sacred Cacao and To***co Ceremony to mark this potent seasonal turning point. Diana will guide us in a heart-opening journey with the revered medicine of cacao, known as the “Food of the Gods.” We will share in a warm ceremonial elixir prepared with deep intention, rooted in its ancestral Guatemalan lineage. Following this, I, Alejandro Villegas, will lead a sacred to***co ceremony held in the lineage of my Peruvian shamanic teachers, supported by the presence of a mesa (sacred altar).
