Hello Facebook,
We had 1 patient upset at a recent encounter. We followed due process,but they didn't have proper identifying insurance to proceed with the visit.
Over a 2 hours span, we received these 1star reviews over this ONE event. We're being spammed as this person is attempting to ruin our business reputation.

It's starting!!!
Mountain cedar usually arrives in SA after Santa makes his rounds.
Nasal drainage, sneezing, itchy eyes, scratch throat are the usual symptoms.
If there's a fever, it's probably NOT seasonal allergies.
Dr. Altamirano recommends a 7 day trial of over-the-counter cetirizine or loratadine and nasal fluticasone. Be consistent with this regimen.
If after 2-3 days there is no change to symptoms you may benefit from a low dose corticosteroid shot.

Fellow San Antonions,
Til Midnight Urgent Care will be closed for Christmas Eve and Christmas as we were summoned to the North Pole to treat the elves for exhaustion, dehydration and the Flu...even a few cases of chorro!

Apologies for any inconvenience, SA.
We will return December 26th and will be open this Friday ftom 4pm-midnight to serve the Southside and all neighboring areas.

OH NO! SANTA GOT THE FLU!!

Not to worry, he came by to see us at Til Midnight Urgent Care and we gave him his first dose of meds in-house and we're confident he'll be ready by Christmas Eve to get those toys to the niños!

If that nagging cough has been ongoing for over a week, it be the whooping cough (pertussis).
Treatment requires antibiotics called macrolides and supporting cough suppression medications will get you back to 100%.
