It was 2016, I had completed my doctorate degree a few years back and had thoroughly enjoyed being at home with my babies and having some much needed down time. I was learning to balance taking care of myself and my babies. I would turn 30 this year and move through some amazing growth and challenges.

We had a boy and girl and were thinking we might be done having children, boy were we wrong! I was ready to start Empowered Chiropractic. I went through my doula training in true Erica fashion, with a baby, and started networking and advertising our business.

God wasn’t done then, and He isn’t done now!
This year I will be 40, my husband and I completed 15 years of marriage, we now have 3 pair of babies, 6 children is wild and exciting and beautiful! Empowered Chiropractic will complete its 9th year, we’ve grown to 3 locations, started RISE Care Collective and
We restarted the with an amazing team, have done so much more learning and I’m just in awe of what a difference 10 years makes! I am so humbled by life and by knowing so many amazing people, families and providers. I’m so grateful for what this decade has brought and so excited for the next!

We are so sad to see her go, but so honored to have shared a season with her.
