Today, we came together as a community to celebrate and honor the brave men and women who have served our country with courage, dedication, and love. Their sacrifices remind us that freedom isn’t free; it’s protected every day by those willing to stand in the gap for others.

Our Veteran’s Day program was a heartfelt tribute filled with gratitude, pride, and unity. From the touching stories shared to the moments of silence observed, we were reminded of the strength and resilience that defines our veterans.

Today, as we honored our veterans for their courage, sacrifice, and service, we wanted every detail of our celebration to reflect our deep appreciation — including the meal.

Our heroes were served a beautifully prepared plate of grilled salmon over creamy mashed potatoes, topped with roasted asparagus and finished with a savory lemon caper sauce. Each dish was crafted with care, symbolizing the warmth, respect, and gratitude we hold for those who have worn our nation’s uniform.

Our residents were treated to a day full of flavor and comfort! Breakfast kicked off with fluffy scrambled eggs, golden French toast, crispy bacon, and a medley of fresh fruit, the perfect way to start the morning.

Then for lunch, Auxy brought the comfort home with cheesy pizza, creamy chicken and gnocchi soup, and a crisp garden salad bursting with color and freshness.
