Inflammation in our systems is one of the things I see everyday in people that are experiencing pain. One way to naturally combat inflammation is by eating more foods that are naturally great at fighting it for us! Here a list of some of the top ones! Enjoy!

Sugar creates Acid, Acid creates excessive inflammation, and that leads to disease. "Healthy" or "Appropriate" inflammatory responses are critical to the body's built-in immune function. (For example, when our skin swells a little when we cut our finger in order to heal.)
