Healthcare Compliance Readiness (HCR) has over 176 years of combined experience leading people and managing healthcare organizations from those as small as just one provider with a few support staff, to Level 1 trauma hospitals. We are certified in many areas including Human Resources, HIPAA, and Medical Materials & Resources. Many of our staff members are military medical service veterans and have extensive experience working with government regulatory agencies including the Texas Medical Board, the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners, Health & Human Services (HHS), U.S. Department of Labor, Drug Enforcement Agency, Texas Workforce Commission, Joint Commission, and the Occupational Safety Health Administration (OSHA).

Healthcare Compliance Readiness has over 96 years of combined experience leading people, and managing medical and dental practices from those as small as just one provider with a few support staff, to large dental organizations of over 125 treatment rooms. We are certified in many areas to include Human Resources, HIPAA, and Medical Materials & Resources. Our team knows how to identify (and resolve) human resource and compliance problems quickly and definitively – our charter is simply to provide you comprehensive, cost-effective support in these areas so you can focus on patient care.
