Passionately Fit Mom My name is Stephanie Shortridge and I am beginning a new journey to take control over my life, healt I am HOOKED! Together we can do it!

Having a full time job, being a wife and mother of a toddler, I was struggling to get back to my ideal body weight. I decided to finally put what I want for myself first by eating better, exercising daily and drinking more water. With my busy schedule, it was hard for me to find time to get into the gym and be successful. I decided to start doing my workouts at home and began to notice changes in just a week. I have put myself on a healthier eating track & started using product from AdvoCare to help boost my all around wellness and get healthier. The results I have experienced in just a short time have been beyond amazing! With this new determination, I have become an independent distributor with AdvoCare. I want to share my success and the success of others as we reach our healthy lifestyle and fitness goals. I want to support you and encourage you while you are on your journey to a new beginning! In the first place, if they had better things going on in their lives, they wouldn't have the time to sit around and talk about you. What's important to me is not others' opinions of me, but what's important to me is my opinion of myself.
