Commercial Janitorial Company looking for an experienced floor tech to work part time or full time, nights and weekends. Flexible on days and times as long as the floors get done. The right candidate will have experience as a floor tech and be competent to fully strip and wax floors, scrub and re-coat, high speed burnish, extract carpets, bonnet carpets, and machine scrub tiles as well as running various automatic scrubbers. Company provides all equipment and chemicals for the jobs. Starts at $16 per hour with possible increase after 90 day review. Gas cards and/or gas pay available for when one must travel to multiple buildings in one shift.

Duties include mopping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning restrooms, taking out trash, etc. Medical Center and Airport Area jobs available. Must have reliable vehicle. Starts at $11.00 per hour.
Also looking for experienced floor tech, with strip and wax, scrub recoat, high speed burnish experience as well as carpet bonnet and extraction. $16.00 starting per hour.
