Protect your skin from the sun.
Sunscreen lotions with SPF 30? What does SPF mean?
I did not know exactly what that is until i came across this article, and here is the summary:
SPF stands for "sun protection factor." It is based on a comparison between the time it takes for your skin to begin to burn with - and without - protection. Here's an example: Say your skin usually begins to get red after 10 minutes in the sun. An SPF of 15 should allow you to stay out 15 times longer, or 150 minutes. However, very few people use enough sunscreen to give them the best protection. Be sure to apply at least a palmful 15 minutes before you go into the sun,and reapply it often as needed.

Basic recommendations for treatment of "morning sickness" in pregnancy include avoidance of stimuli that provoke nausea and vomiting such as sensory stimuli to strong odors, and other sensory stimuli such as heat and noises that trigger the labyrinthine areas (the inner ear receptors).
It is also recommended to have frequent small meals and avoid spicy or fatty foods, and use ginger based food/drinks (Go CanadaDry for example).

New guidelines came from the American Cancer Society (ACS) as follows: Routine ANNUAL screening mammography should begin at age 45 and continue to 54, then ONCE EVERY TWO YEARS starting at 55, and continue indefinitely, so long as a woman remains in overall good health and has a life expectancy of at least 10 years.

FDA has approved Addyi (flibanserin), a drug that “works in a woman’s brain to solve a chemical imbalance among three neurotransmitters” that impact sexual desire.
This is what NBC reported last night.

Researchers at John Hopkins University published a recent study concluding that women who delivered their first child by C-section have no delayed or reduction in their fertility rate when trying to conceive their next pregnancy.
This study was reassuring to many mothers and came in contrast to some older studies suggesting negative effect of C-sections on future ability to bear babies.

Since its introduction more than 50 years ago, Pap smear testing to screen for cervical cancer has reduced deaths from the disease by more than 70%. Effective prevention and improved screening strategies will continue to reduce the number of women affected by cervical cancer in the future.

On the other hand, A new study from the CDC shows that only two-thirds of cervical cancer patients remain alive 5 years after diagnosis.

Botox (Botulinum toxin injection) for treatment of facial wrinkles is the most frequently performed cosmetic procedure in the United States. Treatment of frown lines, crow’s feet (lines form at the corner of the eyes), and horizontal forehead lines, offers predictable results, has few adverse effects, and is associated with high patient satisfaction.
Wrinkles are formed by dermal atrophy and repetitive contraction of underlying facial musculature. Botox is a potent neurotoxin and its calculated dose injection causes localized muscle relaxation that smooths the overlying skin and reduces wrinkles.
Botox effects take about two weeks to fully develop and last 3-4 months. Dynamic wrinkles (seen during muscle contraction) yield more dramatic results than static wrinkles (which are visible at rest). Botox has its contraindications and this is to be discussed on individual basis.

Research found that pregnant patients who have undergone some form of bariatric surgery (weight loss sugery) are at greater risk of both preterm birth, and small for gestational age (SGA) babies than women who haven’t had the procedure.
