Our Holiday Open House was an absolute hit! Huge thanks to everyone who came to jingle and mingle with our staff, tour our beautifully decorated homes, and enjoy delicious hors d'oeuvres and refreshments c/o our Dining Services Team. Shout-out to our Marketing Director, Terry Jackson, and the entire team for the fantastic "Entertaining 101" workshop! The community was absolutely glowing during the Tree Lighting Ceremony at the High Rise, kicking off the holiday season in style! CEO Steve Fuller led the welcome, followed by appreciation and thanks from Mrs. Gloria Magruder, and closing remarks by COO Debbie Hargett. The festive atmosphere was complete with carols by the Protestant Chapel Choir, lively dance performances by the fantastic Sassy Senior Sisters, and even a fun opening skit featuring Santa Claus himself! Don't forget, every department decorated a tree—see their beautiful work and vote for your favorite one! What a wonderful night of community and holiday cheer!

We are thankful for the great blessings that define our lives—the enduring strength of our nation, the profound peace of our freedoms, and the steadfast love of family and friends. We are equally grateful for the small blessings of daily life within this community: a kind word from a neighbor, the comfort of knowing hands, and the shared memories that enrich our days. Army Residence Community is an active, modern Continuing Care Retirement Community rich in tradition. We are a Life Plan Community offering Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Support, Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation for retired career military officers of all branches of service, their spouses, and widows. We are currently home to over 750 residents who are enjoying the ease of retirement with the camaraderie of friend with whom they share a patriotic legacy.

Located in northeast San Antonio, the ARC is convenient to the I-35 corridor and just a short drive to New Braunfels and Austin.
