Army Residence Community Residency at the ARC is now open to members of the general public who are 62 years of age or older and meet established financial requirements.

Located in northeast San Antonio, the ARC is convenient to the I-35 corridor and just a short drive to SAMC and other military bases. Army Residence Community is an active, modern Continuing Care Retirement Community rich in tradition. We are a Life Plan Community offering Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Support, Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation for retired career military officers of all branches of service, their spouses, and widows. We are currently home to over 750 residents who are enjoying the ease of retirement with the camaraderie of friend with whom they share a patriotic legacy.
