Welcome to Advanced Pain Relief Institute!

We are thrilled to invite you to our clinic, the Advanced Pain Relief Institute! Our main goal is to help our patients return to a normalcy of life and to lessen their worry about pain. We offer a wide range of treatment options which allow us to tailor the healthcare for each individual. Treatment options may include:

Injection TherapyMedication MangementDurable Medical Equipment (DME)Infusion Therapy-Ketamine covered under medical insurance (which can also treat PTSD & depression)

This letter contains a list of major insurances that we accept. All benefits will be verified to ensure the cost-share of office visits, procedures, and DME will be readily available to patients. Also, you will find our New Patient Referral Form to assist in providing the most crucial information we require to proceed with the new patient protocol.

Our New Patient Coordinator, Jay Reyes, is going to be the best line of communication for any questions in regards to Insurance coverage/policies, scheduling availability, and referrals/authorizations. He can be reached via email: jreyes@sanantoniopaindoc.com or simply ask for "Jay" when you call the office.
