Embracing Harmony Counseling We provide therapy for children, adolescents and adults. Specialties include trauma, PTDS, Dissociative identity disorder and military.

I have always been interested in helping kids, teens and adults, especially with trauma and PTSD. I have experience in multiple settings from acute care, residential facilities, partial hospitalization and outpatient working with plenty of populations including active duty military, military families and vets. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor supervisor in the state of Texas. I am also a Registered Play Therapist supervisor and a Certified Hypnotherapist. I am trained in EMDR, CPT and PE all evidence based practices for PTSD. I have almost 15 years of experience and I love what I do. I enjoy utilizing expressive arts and emotional release activities to help the client be free and facilitate the healing process. I also provide counseling services in Spanish. With my background and experience I provide a multicultural approach and an understanding of the Hispanic culture and its customs.
