Seasonal depression — also known as Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) — is a type of depression that happens at the same time each year, most often during the fall and winter months.
Shorter days, less sunlight, and changes in routine can impact your mood, energy, sleep, and motivation. You may notice:
• Low mood or sadness
• Increased fatigue
• Difficulty concentrating
• Sleeping more than usual
• Withdrawing from others
• Changes in appetite
Seasonal depression is real, and you don’t have to manage it alone.
At Focus and Balance PLLC, we’re here to support your mental health through every season.
