Hill Country Mental Health & Developmental Disabilities Centers (Hill Country MHDDC) is conducting its 2026 Community Needs Assessment, and we are asking for your help. If you have already completed a survey, thank you very much.

This survey is an important opportunity to gather input from:

People receiving services
Family members and caregivers
Staff
Community partners and members

Your feedback will directly inform how Hill Country MHDD plans, prioritizes, and improves services across our service area for the coming years. We want to understand what is working well, what is not working, and where there are unmet needs or gaps in services. The survey is brief and confidential, and responses will be used only in aggregate to guide planning and decision-making.

Survey deadline extended to: February 28, 2026

We hope you will participate and share this survey widely with others (people and families receiving services, friends, community partners, and anyone who may have insight into behavioral health and intellectual/developmental disability needs in the Hill Country.

Links are in the comment section. Thank you for taking the time to share your voice and for helping us better serve our communities.
