Kerr County's top arrest charges so far in 2026 — and it's no surprise what's leading the list.

Driving While Intoxicated topped the charts with 71 arrests, followed by drug possession (55) and public intoxication (40). Combined, DWI, drug, and public intoxication charges account for 126 arrests — more than half of the top 10 total.

Other notable charges include Driving While License Invalid (32), Violation of Probation/Parole (31), and Assault/Family Violence (19). The volume of probation violations and bail jumping charges also signals a significant repeat-offender pattern in the local justice system.
