Tommi has a background of personal training & CrossFit coaching and has a strong understanding of how massage therapy enhances clients quality of life.
Drawing on her athletic background and deep understanding of body mechanics, Tommi specializes in developing personalized treatment plans tailored to the overall health and wellbeing of each client. Her empathetic approach allows her to intuitively address clients needs fostering a supportive environment for an impactful healing.
Outside of her practice Tommi cherishes time with her family and remains active in her local CrossFit community where she continues to pursue her passion for fitness.
