Brooks Funeral Home had a wonderful time hosting our very first Lunch & Learn event!
Over the course of two days, we welcomed more than 60 attendees to learn about funeral planning, preplanning, life insurance and the importance of making informed decisions—while enjoying some great seafood.
Thank you to everyone who joined us. We hope to see even more of you at our next event!

I want to take a moment to thank Wagner High School for the opportunity to be part of its Career Day panel. It was a pleasure speaking with the students about becoming future funeral directors, business professionals, and—most importantly—leaders in their community.

Brooks Funeral Home is family owned and operated and was established in 1990 in Gonzales, Texas by Pastor Danny W. Brooks Sr. The business continued to expand and in 1995 Mr. Brooks took another chance and moved to a larger market in San Antonio, Texas. The current funeral home has been very successful and has been a proven model of success for the future. In 2014, Danny Brooks Sr. transferred ownership of the business to his oldest son, Danny Brooks Jr. who has now lead the way to remodeling the current funeral home and planning a second location on the Northeast side of San Antonio along with his younger brother Danzel.
