Hello darlings, I have not been on my page lately. Once upon a time one did not have to log in and out of ones personal; page and log in and out into another page. I have been doing ok this week so far.

There were a really rough few days two weeks ago. Today is ok. My body accepts tilapia fish tacos with home made mango salsa now so that is my main nourishment. So glad because I love Mangoes!

I discovered last night that fish tacos with mango salsa and cranapple juice to drink is delightfully complimentary and delicious!

I can't stop raving about the combination! Yummilicious!
This year my garden is full with sunflowers, rosemary, the bird of paradise and yellow roses.

Last week I planted wild flower seeds and 4 o clocks in pots. I have soooo many seeds! I need more potting soil to plant more.
I noticed today the seeds are beginning to sprout!

I would rather have the 4 o clocks fill the garden, that was the plan. well, wouldn't you know it, those sunflowers came up all by themselves, and I was not feeling well enough to throw out the 4 o clock seeds, so sunflowers it is.

The last cat scan and Petscans show crushed glass opacity in my lungs. Good news is that a nodule that had showed up ihn my lungs has resolved, so yay! My oncologist says he isn't worried about the crushed glass opacity. He thinks is from allergies. another yay!

This whole journey has been a humbling slog in all areas. I really miss my work.

That said life is beautiful! I feel hopeful I shall create more videos or recordings on my good days.

Tomorrow I have a cat scan to see if we can figure out the reason for the crushed glass opacities on my lungs which showed up on my last petscan.

I want to thank Michele DeLorenzo again for her help as I go through this journey.
She set up a go fund me to help me pay my bills such as rent and electric as I can no longer work and had to totally close my business.
I have had my own business as a massage therapist for 20 years. yes I miss it. I miss my beautiful sacred office, my clients, and the work.
I had vision and a purpose.
I was driven.
It is a humbling thing to have ones health knock one down and no longer be able to even function many days when one has been a dynamo, a powerhouse of energy, and stamina.
Awhile ago she sent me a box of lovely crystals ...some I wear...some are on my alter where I see the love she sent to me everyday and I feel so grateful. That is what it felt like to me.

Also I want to thank everyone who have helped me in other ways and gave to my gofundme.
