Not every patient should combine a lift and implants and that’s actually a good thing.

Here’s when we may recommend separating them:

• If your goals can be achieved with just a lift or just implants
• If there are concerns about blood flow and tissue safety
• If you’re unsure about your ideal size or final volume
• If your skin doesn’t allow for both procedures safely at once

Sometimes doing less in one surgery leads to a better final result.

Dr. William Albright returned to his San Antonio roots and to open Alamo Plastic Surgery. The practice specializes in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the breast and body. A leading board certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Albright consistently delivers life-changing plastic surgery experiences and outcomes for his patients.
