Get ahead of breakfast tomorrow with this Banana Bread Protein Overnight Oats recipe. ​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
2 scoops of Life Shake French Vanilla Protein Powder​​​​​​​​
1 medium ripe banana ​​​​​​​​
1 cup of rolled oats​​​​​​​​
1/4 tsp cinnamon​​​​​​​​
1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt or plant based (that’s what I use)​​​​​​​​
2 tbsps of chia seeds​​​​​​​​
2 tbsps of maple syrup​​​​​​​​
1/2 cup all natural peanut butter or almond milk​​​​​​​​
1 - 1 1/2 cup almond milk​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
Mash banana and add all other ingredients together. Stir well, place in a mason jar and store overnight in refrigerator. Top with sliced banana, cinnamon, nuts in the morning!
