Serene Hallows Counseling Providing professional counseling services to individuals and families and specializing in individual and group anger management program and play therapy.

I aim to provide the client with empathy and unconditional positive regard to help facilitate change. Rather than viewing people as inherently flawed, with problematic behaviors and thoughts that require treatment, I believe in the person-centered therapy approach which identifies that each person has the capacity and desire for personal growth and change. Carl Rogers termed this natural human inclination “actualizing tendency,” or self-actualization.
