One of the most rewarding encounters I have experienced as a therapist is clients recognizing their own strengths and motivation for growth in the face of their pain. My first goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and empathetic environment for my clients to connect to their values & needs. As every client is unique, I collaborate with my clients on their personalized therapeutic journey & goals.My approach is highly interpersonal and honest. I concentrate on understanding clients and helping them process their thoughts & feelings to develop healthier coping skills necessary to work through stressful and difficult major life events. Being a therapist with an Arab/Muslim background, I understand that culture plays a significant role in relationships and stressors. My goal is to educate and empower my clients to lead a healthy balance between culture and personal needs. It is always a pleasure to get to know my clients and work together to create a new narrative.
