Hint: It’s sooner than you think! Big day for our community! ✂️🎊
Great day to see our CEO, Dr. Jason Lohr, MD, be part of the grand opening of PAC High School's ribbon-cutting of their state-of-the-art Bioscience Building.

We're looking forward to our future SAC Health Wellness Center at PAC High School, which we hope to open in the spring of 2026 and provide care to the students and the rest of the community.

We had a great day hosting Councilman Oscar Ortiz () at our SAC Health Indio clinic last week!

It was a pleasure walking him through our facility and sharing the heart behind what we do. We focused on our pediatric services and the specialized care we provide to ensure the children and families of Indio have a healthy place to grow and thrive.

A Huge Thank You! 🙏
We also want to give a special shout-out to Councilman Ortiz for recognizing SAC Health’s work during the recent Indio City Council meeting. Your support for accessible healthcare makes a world of difference for our patients and our team!

Confused about your numbers? You aren’t alone! This week on SAC Health Answers, we’re debunking the myths and breaking down what those lab results actually mean.

The Quick Breakdown: ✅ HDL (The "Good"): Think of this as the "clean-up crew" for your arteries. ⚠️ LDL (The "Bad"): The "litterbug" that can lead to buildup if left unchecked.

Your body actually needs cholesterol to build cells and make hormones—the secret is finding the right balance! ⚖️

In this episode of SAC Health Answers, we move past the diagnosis of Fibromyalgia and focus on actionable management. We’re breaking down the lifestyle shifts and clinical strategies that actually make a difference in reducing flares and clearing the "fibro fog."

We also talk about the strategy when dealing with the "double whammy" of Fibromyalgia and a Connective Tissue Disease (like Lupus, Scleroderma, or RA).

For such a complex disease, we have quite a long episode. You can always go to our YouTube channel to watch the complete videos of all our episodes.

Building a healthier San Bernardino, together. 🤝💙

Yesterday, Mayor Helen Tran toured the SAC Health Brier Campus in San Bernardino to see firsthand how we support our community. From keeping smiles bright in our Dental Clinic 🦷 to helping families fed during tough times at the Community Resource Center’s food pantry 🍎, we are committed to partnering with the Mayor's office to help San Bernardino stay healthy.

We are grateful for the City’s support as we work to bridge the gap in healthcare and essential resources.
