The Early Start Family Resource Network (ESFRN) is one of 47 Early Start Family Resource Centers throughout California and a member of the Family Resource Centers Network of California (www.frcnca.org). The ESFRN is staffed by parents of children with special needs who provide parent-to-parent support, information and resources to families who have children with a developmental delay or disability.
