Early Start Family Resource Network A network of Parent Representatives are available in Riverside and San Bernardino Counties.

The Early Start Family Resource Network (ESFRN) is one of 47 Early Start Family Resource Centers throughout California and a member of the Family Resource Centers Network of California (www.frcnca.org). The ESFRN is staffed by parents of children with special needs who provide parent-to-parent support, information and resources to families who have children with a developmental delay or disability. November was a busy and impactful month for the Family Resource Network! Our team had the privilege of connecting with families across the Inland Empire, sharing vital resources, support, and information to empower our community.

November 3–4, 2025
Staff participated in this statewide summit, strengthening their knowledge in evidence-based practices and bringing back valuable insights to support families and providers across Riverside and San Bernardino Counties.

📚 Gift a Kid a Book Community Fair – Redlands

November 15, 2025
Our team joined this community event to share FRN services, provide bilingual resources, and connect families with developmental, educational, and wellness supports.
