We enjoyed offering a wonderfully soothing sound bath in a new space for me in San Francisco last month, the Purusha Yoga Studio on Balboa Street in the Outer Richmond neighborhood.

The 14” quartz crystal pyramid and quartz crystal Merkaba produce otherworldly sounds… The combination of quartz and the pyramid shape is believed to amplify energy. They’re used to help release blockages, realign the body's energy field, and restore balance throughout the body. I usually wait until the sound bath participants are already deep into the post-gong zone before I walk around the room sounding these crystal pieces. It’s ethereal!

Please join us! I will be there in support of Simona & Guy and the Sound Healing Symphony.

You will find me out front of the Cathedral on the steps and in the plaza by the labyrinth. It is my distinct pleasure to sage and welcome event participants with my Chakapa commodore palm leaves rattle. It is a Peruvian shamanic tool. I use it to read the subtle realm and clear a person's auric field in sweeping motions.

Tickets are still available for the Sound Bath at Grace Cathedral on Nob Hill in San Francisco - see link below. It's an extra-ordinary sound bath experience - the volume of such a large group gathered up and bringing their own good energies comes together with the practitioners - and the combination creates quite the uplifting experience!

OFFERING: Hematite, Rose Quartz and Sunstone energetic signatures will be encoded into an elixir that I prepared in advance customized for this event. The medicinal stones never touch the water directly they sit in a separate containment feature inside pure crystal Golden-Ratio carafes while their energetic fields imprint and transform the distilled water. This medicinal elixir will be available at the beginning of the sound bath to help attune your consciousness with their graces, just as a tuning fork draws you into its precise resonant field. If you would like to partake in the Stone & Crystal Medicine elixir experience it will be available in the foyer as you arrive to prepare for the evenings sound healing journey.

INVITATION: If you have any rose quartz pieces (raw or polished, loose stones or in jewelry) and would like to bring them to the sound bath I would encourage you to do so. If you have any other clear quartz crystals (which are brilliant energy recorders) you are also welcome to bring them. If you would like to place them up by me and the sound instruments to gather in the frequencies captured from the sound bath for your further benefit to take home with you, you are invited to do so. It is not necessary to bring any stones or crystals - the sound bath frequencies regularly take care of everyone already in exactly the manner each needs.

Adding animal whistling vessels to my sound baths... I don't have a Raven yet, but I do have a jaguar, double-fish and a howling wolf. I find nature sounds very soothing...and some animal calls make me feel like I am drifting between the worlds. Love it! Peace out
