San Clemente’s Kevin Skvarna just won USA’s first PASA Games Gold Medal in men’s longboard 🇺🇸🥇

Kevin’s style, power, and innovation lit up every heat. We are so stoked for you! Kevin is an incredible athlete, an even better teammate, and a true ambassador for the sport.

USA’s stoke and progression carried across disciplines:

🌊🇺🇸 PASA GAMES — LET’S GO 🇵🇦 🌊

Men’s longboard will be getting underway at the 2026 PASA Games in Venoa, Panama with Kevin Skvarna starting things off for Team USA men, followed by National Champ Tony Silvagni.

Women’s longboarders Avalon Gall and Cash Hoover hit the water tomorrow—locked in and ready.

Team USA bodyboarders, coached by legend Mike Stewart, finished at the top of the rankings—finals are on now.
Awesome work from Karla Costa, Jessica Becker, Dave Hubbard, and Tanner Mcdaniel.

🏄🏽‍♀️Girls National Team training day in 🌊🇺🇸

3–5 ft faces, peaks on the outside, punchy shorebreak inside—playground conditions with a purpose.

Today was all about pushing the ceiling and dialing in a solid 🚀air game.

Coach Simmo said: “If there was a section to launch, we wanted it sent. If there was a chance to go beyond the comfort zone—take it. Because you don’t learn new maneuvers by thinking about them. You learn by going for it.”📈

Big thanks to special guest air coaches Challenger Series surfer and Gerald Alvarez from .coaching for bringing land training drills and elevating the session.

Wrapped it with a classic Sugar Shack reset on Main St.�

Girls U16 East Coast Prime Series season finale — Jax Beach delivered a nail-biter 🌊🔥

Head coach Ryan Simmons said “This final stayed tight from the jump. Marlynn Glaub came out firing—quick two-wave total of 9.8 and immediate control of the heat.
Story Martinez answered midway with a 4.8 to stay within striking distance, while Ansley West and Reese Lenox couldn’t quite find the same rhythm they’d shown earlier in the day.”

Then the pressure turned all the way up. Marlynn improved late, raising the requirement. Story needed a 5.97 with time slipping. She paddled wide, found a clean right in the dying moments, and went rail carve straight into a closeout smash—6.03. Heat flip. Win secured.

Girls U18 East Coast Prime Series season finale Jax Beach: A well-earned win to cap an incredible junior career 🌊🔥

Local standout Lanea Mons, surfing in the last Prime of her junior career, came in with one goal—finish on a high note. And she did just that.
In tricky, inconsistent low-tide surf, Lanea built her win on smart, composed surfing—opening with two high 5s and holding the line while the rest of the field pushed for the big moments.

Alana, Daya, and Sofia kept the pressure on all heat. Sofia dropped a mid-6 late to make things interesting, while Daya and Alana went all in hunting big scores—but time ran out.

In the end, it was Lanea’s consistency that carried the day.

Boys U18!East Coast Prime Series Season Finale = hometown takeover at Jax Beach 🌊🔥

Head coach Ryan Simmons said, “Local standout Tucker Dempsey came in hot, and stayed there!
Dropped a 7 early, backed it up with a mid-5, and never let up. Local knowledge + composure = control.”

But it wasn’t a walk.
Shea Edwards made a late charge, pushing to flip the heat.
Ian Honda and Gavin Bren had been standouts all day, but couldn’t quite find the same magic in the final.”

The u18s put up some heroic performances all day and it was an epic finish to an incredible season. Congrats Tucker and all the finalists!
