This is what progress looks like. A month ago this resident was in a very different place physically. Today she is getting up from a chair using her legs alone and the proper body mechanics to do it safely. Strength training works and this moment is proof. 💪

Our Yoi Shigoto group came together to pack Blessing Bags for local neighbors in need. Residents gathered essential items like socks and toiletries, taking time to thoughtfully prepare each bag with care.

It was a meaningful way to show kindness and support beyond our community, and inspiring to see the heart behind every effort. 💛

We went on a wild safari adventure at the San Diego Safari Park!
