BREATHWORK ✨

Here at IMMERSION, we believe that breathwork is a necessary practice in order to fully prepare for any uncomfortable or stressful situation. We always encourage a few deep breaths before and during a plunge. This is essential for calming our nervous system before deliberately entering into a fight-or-flight state.
