at YNG STUDIOS NORTH BEACH, we hold this day in~ a time to reflect on the freedoms we enjoy in the lives that made them possible.
Today, we remember an honor of the brave souls who gave their lives and service. We carry their memory into our breath, our movement, entered the stillness and space between.
In this tranquil space we created together ~ one built on intention, healing,~ we recognize that every moment on the mat is a gift.
Every inhale is freedom. Every exhale is gratitude.
Let today be a sacred pause

Join Colette for this deep and profound work with the medicine of cannabis. Cannabis meditation is a sacred practice that allows us to access the deeper wisdom of the body. When you meditate with CANNABIS in your system, the felt effects and the medicinal benefits of cannabis are multiplied. Cannabis is a sacred plant medicine that is often overlooked in our modern world. This practice reminds us of her inherent power, and how we can work with her to heal trauma, expand nervous system capacity, and, connect to the The Vine. We will be smoking cannabis together as part of the session. Please bring your preferred strain that you work with, either as a small joint of the cannabis flower, a glass pipe or a dry herb vaporizer. And there will be plenty provided to share for anyone that doesn’t know how or what to bring. No large glass pieces with water please. If edibles is your preference, please bring that that is welcome. Bring us snack for afterwards and a water bottle with a sealed lid. We always encourage crystals our sacred objects to amplify your meditation. Can’t wait to see you in our NORTH BEACH location!!

Our Story

EPIC Yoga is a yoga studio with a simple mission to live and give. Those of us reading this message understand the profound effect yoga can have on our sense of peace and clarity. EPIC Yoga’s One for One CommUNITY program provides 30 days of yoga to those facing challenging times in their lives and with their finances. Most of us know or know of people who could desperately use yoga in their lives, but who simply can’t afford it. Recipients will come from suggestions from our students as well as from an outreach with various partner community groups. Please private message us if you know someone who would benefit. EPIC Yoga has a fantastic variety of classes for every level. This yoga is for everyone, every age, every ability, every day. So grab your mom, your kid (because we have a kids zone too), your grandma and your guru. We cannot wait to meet you!
