We got the Friday Feels, with a quote from a family.

"We had a staffing shortage of two nurses for home care for my husband. Jessica came to our home right away with Nancy, Director of Nursing to assess our situation and they were able to place one of the temporary nurses within a day and then get the other nurse started a couple of days later. Excellent concierge service as it was a stressful time with many issues including my husband’s health. Jessica either answered the phone immediately or within a half-hour, as we needed to solve some issues along the way. With so many things going wrong at the same time, Jessica and Nancy provided excellent customer service and gave us confidence we could get through this trying time. We are eternally grateful!"

Almost 3 years ago AMADA Concierge filed for their Home Health License. We DID NOT check the box accepting Medicare! This allows us to provide skilled care to patients in their home up to 24 hours, without the restrictions of Medicare. Ask us how to utilize your Long Term Care policy for our services!
