During the months of March and April, Noriko will be offering a 4-session course on the Four Noble Truths within the BIPOC affinity group: https://www.insightsd.org/class-harth-2026

We will be exploring the Fourth Noble Truth: The Path to the End of Dukkha (Magga) today.

As we have a limited time, we will be covering the overall teaching of the Noble Eightfold Path and the Right View/Understanding.

The session will include a short Dharma talk, meditation practice, reflections, and dialogue. No registration is required.
