Happy St. Patrick’s Day from Bayshire Torrey Pines! ☘️

We truly embraced the spirit of the holiday and celebrated in style! Our talented Chef prepared a delicious traditional feast featuring Irish lamb stew and classic corned beef, filling the community with warmth and comfort.

A special thank you to BrightStar Care for bringing in a fun shamrock decorating activity—our residents loved getting creative and adding a festive touch! And of course, the highlight of the day was our incredible Irish dancers who brought energy, music, and smiles to everyone in the room.

It was a day full of laughter, tradition, and community—just the way we like it at Bayshire! 💚

We kicked off our Chinese New Year celebrations with a wonderful visit from our incredible volunteers from AYLUS (Alliance of Youth Leadership in the United States)! 🧧🐉

Our residents truly enjoyed spending time with this inspiring group of young leaders who brought great energy, kindness, and cultural traditions to the community. Moments like these highlight the power of intergenerational connections and the joy of celebrating together.

The celebration will continue next week on March 3rd with a special Chinese New Year lunch prepared by our talented Chef, along with a surprise guest appearance for our residents. We are so excited to keep the festivities going and share this meaningful holiday together! 🥢🎊

Residents from Bayshire Torrey Pines recently enjoyed a wonderful outing to the Helen Woodward Animal Center, and it was a day filled with smiles, laughter, and lots of furry friends.

During the visit, residents had the opportunity to spend time with some of the center’s lovable animals, learning about the important work Helen Woodward does to care for and find homes for animals in need. From gentle pets to playful moments, the experience brought joy, comfort, and plenty of heartwarming interactions.

Our residents had a blast during our Love-Themed Bingo, featuring festive cards filled with hearts, roses, sweet treats, and all things Valentine’s. The room was full of laughter, friendly competition, and lots of cheering as numbers were called and prizes were won.

Events like this are more than just games — they’re opportunities to connect, create joyful moments, and celebrate the friendships that make our community so special.

Our residents enjoyed a beautiful celebration filled with a delicious chef-prepared meal, sweet treats, and wonderful company. The dining room was full of laughter, connection, and heartfelt moments shared among friends.

🏈🎉 Super Bowl Sunday at Bayshire Torrey Pines! 🎉🏈

Game day was a touchdown at Bayshire Torrey Pines! Our residents gathered together for a fun-filled Super Bowl party complete with cheers, friendly competition, and of course… a delicious nacho bar! 🧀🌶️

From crispy tortilla chips piled high with melted cheese, jalapeños, salsa, and all the fixings, to plenty of team spirit and lively halftime commentary — the room was full of excitement and laughter.

Events like these bring everyone together, spark great conversations, and create moments of connection that make our community feel like home. Whether cheering for their favorite team or just enjoying the snacks and camaraderie, everyone had a winning day! 🏆
