A follow up to the last video.

So we have those less activated, baby triggers we can kind of observe feel & heal almost instantly. And then we have the BIG triggers. The one that pokes your inner child at its core.

It’s really important that if we’re REALLY activated by something or someone, that we take the pause or space needed to regulate our nervous systems & heal what’s coming up. It can de difficult to heal & process when we’re up in flames in the fire 🔥😅🤣.

Take the focus OFF of the person place & situation. The person is just who God used to focus on your healing 😅.

Triggers are Powerful Teachers

They show us..
What’s important to us
Where we’re not stepping into our fullest potential
When a boundary was crossed
What we don’t want
& more

If we work with our triggers we become unstoppable & powerful be-ings. Do not sleep on your triggers.

Many times we become activated, blame & project & walk away without addressing the underlying pain & upset. And then what happens?

The cycle 🔁 repeats bc we haven’t learned the lesson or done enough of the healing work to come to peace 🕊️ with something..

To the contrary, have you ever done the inner healing work, looked back & noticed how something that used to bother you, no longer does? You maybe even genuinely laughed & realized how silly something was. That’s bc you healed that piece or part of you that was in pain & you are no longer carrying around that wound/ misbelief.

And yes the universe will give you multiple opportunities (is what I call them lol 😆), to see if you’ve truly embodied the healing & come into peace with something.

Once we master that test / opportunity the behavior etc that activated you has lost most or all of its charge & you won’t go into a spiral 🌀. The more you heal & come into peace with something the less the old triggering behavior etc will enter your reality bc you’ll no longer be a vibrational match for it, the lesson has been learned. And wow ! That’s something to be proud of.

So use those triggers when they come up. That’s how we take accountability for own lives & actually grow 🌱🌳 with a firm foundation & enter the next state of consciousness.

And forgive yourself when you’ve reacted out of old wounding / pain. As you heal these become less of an occurrence.

Just visiting this & the other cuties today 😍🥰🫶🏻🐴💫. This is my healing work companion 🫶🏻. I love her 😭. She follows me everywhere too 😭💫🫶🏻💓.

She literally walked all the way over from the opposite side to the entrance gate to greet me. Then I walked over to the opposite end to say hi 👋🏼 to & help with a donkey 🫏 friend. (It’s already fly season for them bc it’s so hot even though it’s not summer yet.)

As I was leaving heading back towards the gate she followed me & I did my best to record a few seconds. She was doing this before I ever gave her carrots 🥕 lol. Now I sometimes bring some in at the end as a sweet treat. She wasn’t expecting it but that happy crunch is priceless 🫶🏻.

Horses🐴 are adorable & once you form a bond you’re in their crew aka herd lol 😂. Rusty the stud even grooms me sometimes as if I’m one of them, it’s so cute lmao 🤣 he’ll nibble on my head & shoulders 🤣.

Then I get the happy rolls in the dirt which generally means they feel safe / comfortable around you & they’re happy 🙏🏼💫. It’s so interesting, almost every time I take the time to meet & connect with a horse 🐴 I get a roll 😅. 💫 I’ve gotten like 6-7 rolls already different horses 😅🐴💫🙏🏼🫶🏻💓.
