Coach Michael will be joining Kelley on Saturday, 5/7 at 1pm in discussing the relationships between functional neurology and structural alignment. We’ll be covering how your eyes, inner ears, and joints work together and how to apply these concepts to level up your lifting! Come join us for an afternoon of discussion and movement!
