Join us this Saturday 6/25 @ 11:30a for the grand opening of Kové, a brand new hard yerba mate brewery in Miramar!

Lululemon ambassador will be leading an “Earn Your Kové” workout from 11:45-12:45 followed by us leading a dynamic mobility cooldown and setting up a full recovery zone afterwards.

Are you tired of the same boring workouts? Do you want to train in a way that has you feeling athletic? If so, then this is the perfect event for you!

We will be hosting our next Saturday Showcase on March 26th 🔥

This fun workout was built for people of all different fitness levels and is designed to get you moving, competing, and feeling athletic! 🤸‍♀️🏃🏽‍♂️🤾🏾‍♂️

Two event times are available for you to choose from: 8:00-9:00am & 9:45-10:45am

Each event will be 1 hour long and includes:
~ Dynamic mobility warm-up led by yours truly
~ Agility/speed drills led by 
~ Whole body partner strength circuit 
~ Yoga cooldown led by

After each workout we will have delicious protein donuts and craft coffee catered by local SD businesses, as well as a special raffle for two lucky winners! 🍩☕️🎟

We had a blast hosting our first Saturday Showcase yesterday at our amazing training facility!! 💪🏼💪🏾
We couldn’t have asked for more: creative games, fun movements, a little competition, a lot of laughs, and 💣 food.
Thank you to all the family, friends, and new faces that came out and supported us!

This workout will be a 1 hour in length and includes a mobility flow, agility drills, a strength circuit, and a yoga cooldown! 💪🏼

In the physical activity objectives for Healthy People 2020 it was found that >80% of American adults and teenagers do not get the daily recommended amount of physical activity.
For adults this meant they did not get enough aerobic or muscle strengthening activity while teenagers primarily did not get enough aerobic physical activity.
Why is this important? Because those who engage in a sedentary lifestyle are overwhelmingly at risk of developing chronic diseases. Heart disease, type II diabetes, obesity, digestive issues, etc. are things that are common in our society but NOT normal.
So what can you do? The answer is simply to get moving! Whether it’s walking, biking, swimming, yoga, tennis, wii fit, or basketball the goal is to get 150min per week of moderate intensity (heart rate 120-140 beats per minute) or 75min per week of high intensity (heart rate >140 beats per minute) aerobic activity 🫁
In addition, everyone should try to add in 90min per week of strength training. This can be done with a barbell, dumbbells, kettlebells, machines, or even bodyweight 🏋🏽‍♀️
Now, if you just read the last two paragraphs and thought “Wow that’s a lot of time” our question would be “How much is your health worth to you?” If you can’t dedicate ~4 hours a week (that’s only 2.4% of your week by the way) to taking care of your body than the research shows you will pay for it later on.
