Nothing made me more insecure than acne in my mid–late 20s.

It wasn’t “just my skin.”

It was the daily mental load: canceling plans, hiding behind makeup, trying every product, and still waking up to new breakouts.

And if you’re in it right now, I want you to hear this: acne is information.

Your skin is basically waving a flag that something underneath needs support — usually your gut, hormones, blood sugar, stress/cortisol, inflammation, or drainage (and yep, sometimes it’s a combo).

In my world, we don’t chase pimples. We look for patterns + root causes so your skin can calm down for real.

If you’re ready to stop guessing and actually get a plan…
DM me “I’M READY” and we’ll chat about your situation + how we’d approach it!

Want the product recs too?
Comment:
• “NPSC“ for the discount link to my favorite non–pore-clogging skincare (game changer alongside foundations in place).
• “GUSH“ for my fave effective/non porous gua sha

weirdddddd that eating real food makes you “too much” 👀
and eating processed crap is considered normal?

i’m just trying to support my gut + hormones and feel good in my body 🤍
this changed my life x1000… not because i got “strict,” but because i stopped settling for feeling inflamed, exhausted, moody, and blah all the time.

healing takes work. it’s not always convenient. but it’s worth it.

comment “RECIPES” and i’ll DM you my 1-week gut-friendly, hormone-healthy meal guide for delicious meals that will NEVER leaving you feeling restricted ;)

Do you find yourself waking up most nights between 2 and 4 a.m. and wondering why? 🤦🏼‍♀️

When I was first diagnosed with PCOS, I experienced this for two straight years and couldn’t get back to sleep! The three main reasons why this happens are listed in the post (swipe!)

Understanding how to balance my blood sugar (and keep my stress hormones in check) TRANSFORMED my sleep, and it can do the same for you!

To prevent nighttime wake-ups, try a bedtime snack rich in protein and healthy fats to keep your blood sugar steady. This is game-changing in the short term while you work on cortisol regulation, liver support, and long-term blood sugar management.

Some great options include:
• Macadamia nuts (Dry roasted/salted = my fave!)
• A spoonful or two of nut butter right before bed (sunbutter is easy to digest!)
• Coconut butter (Artisana Organics brand is delishhh!)
• Hard-boiled eggs or pistachios, etc.

If you do wake up in the middle of the night, a quick protein/fat snack can help stabilize blood sugar and reduce cortisol, making it easier to fall back asleep. Avoid sugary snacks, as they can spike your blood sugar and lead to another crash later on.

😴 Comment “destress” for my free stress guide that will help you regulate your cortisol levels as one of the most foundational pieces for balanced blood sugar & sleep!
