Missed the free in person grief poem share last night? Here’s one of the many poems that was read during the grief gathering. Give it a read and reflect how it makes you feel. We are often asked what is a grief gathering like? We want to let you know all emotions are welcome. Tears can be shed one moment, and then five minutes later laughter can be moved through the group. There is no right or wrong way to grieve.

Nicole Soares from from Soulful Sages asked Topkare Hospice to be a part of The Art of Dying with Intention event last Tuesday February 17th. This was an interactive immersive community experience to practice the art of talking about and planning for death. It truly was an honor for team member Scott Mackie to be an active participant of how hospice can support end of life during this live event. It was an example to walk through from diagnosis to celebration of life. There was space to feel all the feelings that arises and a here is a glimpse of this special event. Thanks to .0 and all the volunteers who hosted and out this event together.
