You don’t need a new life. You just need clarity on the one you actually want.

Today, do this one thing.. write down every big, out-of-this-world dream or goal you have for yourself.

Not the ones that look good on paper or the version of your life you think you’re supposed to want… The ones that are actually yours.

Don’t be modest. Write the ones that scare you. The ones that feel unrealistic. The ones you almost don’t want anyone else to see.

Ignore the voice telling you it’s too late or that it’s not possible. Nothing is unrealistic but we’ll get into that another day.

The universe doesn’t have a budget, so ask for more.

When you’re done, read it back. Then just sit with it. Don’t think about how it will happen. Think about how it would feel�if it all worked out.. if it all was already yours.

Come back tomorrow and we’ll figure out how to actually get there

The ones that feel safe. The ones that feel familiar. The ones that quietly keep you from evolving.

Growth doesn’t come from wanting more. It comes from being honest about what needs to change.

It’s easy to hit snooze. To blame your boss, your ex, your childhood.

What’s hard? Being honest about your habits. About the cycles you keep choosing.

Because they’re comfortable. Because they’re known. Because they’ve kept you safe.

But they’re also keeping you stuck.

Break the pattern today or it will repeat tomorrow.. and over and over again until you choose to change it

Morning pages / unprompted, unfiltered journaling is so incredibly powerful for recognizing patterns in your behaviors and actions. Something I wish I would’ve stuck to a lot sooner but there’s no better time than the present 😛

Eating disorders specifically anorexia have the second highest mortality rate of all mental health conditions. The way people are branding starvation as ‘fasting’ or ‘clean eating’ is disturbing and wrong.

Apologies for the long rant but I am so over the normalization of toxic diet culture masked as health. TIRED
