To many of us live in fear, that’s why I love teaching Russian Systema. I feel Bullet proof when applying the art when needed.

The self-defense gives you the ability to completely control your opponent. This happens when you’re able to control your own tension, stress and movement.

While an attacker charges forward I stay completely relaxed, then at the last moment I make a subtle movement which causes tension in the attacker. That’s when I strike - it’s not always this easy but it’s very effective on 80% of the people.

Once fear is removed from my thoughts I think clear and become extremely precise, because I’m creating my own reality before it happens.

The movements my opponent makes causes my movements so I can become a mirror image of him/her. It’s very confusing - almost like cutting the back of your hair with a mirror.

It’s not always about nutrition and exercise, there’s a great deal of psychology behind getting into shape.

“Shape” is such a mindless term, it’s nice to have a proportionate body with great esthetics but that doesn’t always represent a happy healthy person.

Knowledge is power and a great coach will also apply other means of training, maintenance, stress relief, essential tools that keep you on track and truly want consistent results so one day you will be able to sustain a lifestyle that works for you, not against you.

For those of you 30 and under, take care of your body it’s not about eating, working out and comparing abs.

Maintenance becomes more and more important as your body grows and matures. Make sure to not only stretch but also some form of stress relief.

Meditation is a key part of my life, some of my close friends know about my new journey and is amazing how empowering one small event can be.

The I felt was nothing I had ever felt before, and has opened my eyes to so much more over the past couple months.

Thank you to everyone that has supported and gave their time to hear my stories and new directions I’ll be taking soon regarding my professional life.

Helping people with fitness, nutrition and their health is and always will be a high priority but this new venture will enable me to help more in the upcoming months.

Why me isn’t the MSM show clips like this - McCain supporting attacks on Russia with Ukraine troops years ago.

Russia is the only country not controlled by the center aural banks, our corrupt government has initiated a strong attack with bio-weapons and weapons of mass destruction.

The problem isn’t the left or right - in actuality it takes all sides of the thought spectrum to create any reality. So in essence both sides are right and wrong, but that’s not the root problem in the world.

You won’t find the truth on M S M - it’s all an act, anything you’re seeing 85% is made up and not true.

5 major investment firms own 95% of the media we are exposed to, if they want you to believe elephants can fly - then you’re going to see it over and over again until you believe they really do.

This goes for everything you’re seeing, I haven’t saw one video of any soldier fighting shooting at each other. If this was a full on invasion there would be 1,000’s of videos popping up everywhere.

My next post will show FOX news showing civilians arming up to fight Putin. To bad those guns are fake af, stay tuned it’s coming - already censored my last post.
