For many years, I thought I was going to have trouble sleeping forever. 😔💤

Permanent car accident injuries. Chronic pain. Migraines. Post-traumatic stress… And nights that felt like a battle I was always losing.

What I didn’t know at the time?
➡️ There were three inflammatory proteins — IL-6, TNF-α, and IL-1β — literally keeping my nervous system awake.

Not a mindset problem. A biology problem. 🧬

When chronic pain or stress is present, these cytokines don’t just cause inflammation — they hijack your sleep architecture.

The most dangerous fat in your body… is the one you can’t see. 🙈

It doesn’t sit under the skin.

It wraps around your organs.
