But you can and you should invest in things that make you feel good!

Bodywork or massage is one way to feel good physically and mentally. Regular bodywork can help you to move better, reduce injury risk, alleviate aches and pains, reduce mental and physical stress, improve your sleep quality and energy, and the benefits go on!

How much time do you spend with your hands and arms in front of you? Whether you’re on your phone, computer, driving, or how about any task… Here’s a glimpse of how I address the front line of the body (pec major and minor, bicep, and shoulder). The goal is to loosen these muscles that can get tight from spending a lot of time in a forward position. Pair it with strengthening your postural muscles and you’ll notice neck and shoulder tension/pain decrease and range of motion increase.

As 2021 comes to a close, I’d like to take the time to thank all who have supported my practice. When there are so many choices for bodyworkers in SD, I appreciate you giving me the opportunity to work on you and honored you chose me!

Of the 365-days this year, I have worked 329 of them! It’s a testament of how much I love what I do and how much I want to help you. I’m not gonna lie, some days were tough and draining between work and taking care of my parents and being there for my own family. I pushed through and am extremely grateful to still be doing what I love despite this years challenges.

My goal for the 2022 is to continue my work but take more time off to recover, have quality time with my family, and focus on my own health and well-being. I also plan to learn more modalities to enhance my treatments. Rates will change in the New Year but I think most would agree they are more than reasonable.

I wish you all a healthy and prosperous 2022! 🎉🎆💪🏼
