⭐️ Our stool is a great sign of our overall health and a daily check in as to how we’re doing! 👌🏻 We release toxins in our stools and they can be moved quickly through the body if we’re eliminating 2-3 times a day in a whole form.

🔴 Constipated? This could be due to poor digestion, low stomach acid, sluggish bile/liver, thyroid, infections, etc. Constipation can cause toxins and hormones to recirculate causing liver stagnation, bloating, headaches, anxiety, depression, pms, etc.

🟢 Loose stools? Too much is not always better. Loose stools dehydrates us and most likely tells us our digestive system is not functionally optimally and we are not absorbing all our nutrients. This is your body screaming at you that something needs to be addressed! (Infections, Candida, dysbiosis, parasites, etc).
