These vids were from OCTOBER 2025 - literally the first week I started my build phase!

I’ve been meaning to record more workouts but I’ve just been super focused. New YouTube video - 2 weeks out will go up tomorrow! I filmed some for my YouTube 🥰

The intention was progressive overload and building muscle where we wanted it. This physique is a maintainable physique and I was damn proud of it too! Lots of balance and enjoyment with diet here 🥰🫶🏻 and honestly I am excited to put some weight on after this competition and recomp!!

Honestly never get tired of working on myself 😈

I always warmup
- banded retractions

Then my Delt workout was:

- barbell overhead press
- bent 6 ways
- full range lateral raise
- cable front raise
- cable upright row (not shown)
- cable rear delt pulls (I looooove these)
- cable lateral raise

Outfit is:
Wearing the double dip bra in Bloom XS
Collagen leggings in Empire Rose XS
That Girl Jacket in Empire Rose

The only thing standing in the way of You and your Desires is your willingness to work for it 🩷

It won’t be easy, matter of fact there may be several days you don’t know if you can do it.

The distractions, the noise, the judgement.
It makes you think twice, makes you question if you’re really made for this.

But it’s in that discomfort that Growth takes place.
That’s the space that separates ordinary and extraordinary.

Stop second guessing, stop comparing.
Just recenter and refocus as many times as you need to.

The best is yet to come 💕

Some glute exercises I’m loving lately!!

I started with Hip Thrusts and barbell Romanian Deadlifts that I didn’t film but usually after my compound lifts I isolate and typically opt for some unilateral exercises to ensure balance and symmetry ⚖️

As always, make sure you connect that mind to the muscle!! Literally number 1 priority

- smith machine single leg kneeling squats
- smith machine reverse frog pumps
- elevated cable internal rotation step downs
- elevated cable single leg RDL
- cable kickback 45°
