Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a Client Experience Coordinator (Front Desk) to join us onsite at our Pacific Beach wellness center.
This role is perfect for someone who is warm, polished, highly organized, and loves being the person who keeps everything running smoothly. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and play a key role in creating the elevated, supportive experience Sage Haven is known for.
In this role, you’ll greet and check in clients, support pre-booking and memberships, manage clinic flow, assist with inventory and operations, and help ensure every visit reflects the thoughtful, high-touch care our community expects.
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, confident in client interactions, and excited to grow within a fast-growing women’s wellness brand.
Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday
Location: Pacific Beach, San Diego
30–32 hours per week
