Hello San Diego Pregnant Mamas 🌼

This amazing team and I have created a one of a kind prenatal retreat to nourish and empower mamas. This day of self care will include movement, meditation, journaling, connection with other mamas and conclude with a Blessingway Circle on the beach and mini maternity photo sessions.

This experience is open to 11 women plus 1 scholarship recipient to explore and celebrate the sacred season of pregnancy. Reserve your spot via eventbrite before we sell out!

There is a common misconception that lactation support is only accessible during the first few weeks after the baby's birth. The reality is that breastfeeding has more than one chapter and lactation professionals are here to help with them all.

I love to work with parents throughout the entire journey of breastfeeding including:

• Prenatal education and planning
• Newborn feeding assessments
• Growth spurts
• Returning to work
• Introducing solids
• Weaning
• Integrating the breastfeeding experience (however long the experience lasted)
