Six months till the new year, Spring Equinox.

Many will continue to hustle and bust their asses over mindless jobs, situations or junk.

Wandering without motive, inspiration or direction.

There are few who’ve taken a step back from chaos, pulled away from the spotlight, prioritized rest over stress…

While the “work” is never done; how will/can you make the most out of your current chapter?

Transformative change requires radical awareness.

In my current state, many are in disbelief of my optimism.

I am far from being done with my healing, growth and abundance, yet I have always kept my faith.

And that in itself has been the driving force to never back away from my dreams.

I hope that this finds you. I hope that this inspires you. I hope you know it’s never too late.

This.Is.Your.Life.

GRATITUDE POST:

student love 💛

Growing up I always had to be the best of what I did: better than my siblings, friends, parents…

I struggled the majority of my life becoming someone I wasn’t and never satisfying my family’s expectations.

Now, as a yoga guide, these moments make me feel the most seen and accepted.

And all I ever do is be myself 😅

Never have I felt more comfortable to be who I truly am: passionate, a little (maybe a lot) weird, and naturally ME, than I do as I move with all the students that continuously show up for themselves.

So, this is to all who do show up, and see ME, yet still come back to my classes -

THANK YOU 🙏🏽

You all make me wanna show up even more authentically and I only hope to inspire you to do the same.

Mental Health Reminder:

It’s so easy for us to demand love in certain ways.

We make our lists of our desires and boundaries.

Yet most times, we fail to see that love exists in many ways.

We don’t realize that we can find love in many places.

A simple reminder to look within, just as much as you would seek outside…

The love you may have forgotten of, + that which is more common to find.

Tho not all that glitters is gold,

There are truly some good nuggets to behold.

How you feeling lately?

Gentle reminder that connecting with nature is free.

Connecting with others is natural + vital.

We truly don’t know how to keep it simple anymore.

So many on autopilot without a sense of direction.

How are you reconnecting with yourself?

With those you love?

Are you even trying?

Do you hold value in what you do or what you attain?

Where is the line between what’s real + fake?

Stay vigilant. Keep your head up.

Do you feel restricted? Blocked? Stuck, or unable to fully expand?

Have you ever noticed that, in order for plants + flowers to fully bloom or continue to grow,

they need more space?

I first had this urge when I was a child at my house where I slept in a crib till I was 6 - yup… we couldn’t afford a bed.

As an adolescent in foster care, I felt it more as I continued to move houses to find the right family.

And again, when I moved to San Diego…

Lately, with the convenience of vanliving, my heart is pumping so hard for that same urgency to find a better pot to continue to grow.

Not quite sure where the wind will take me, just yet.

All things in their season, never force the flow of nature.
