Protein first (~50%) โ use your small stomach wisely (chicken, fish, eggs, Greek yogurt, tofu).
๐ฅฆ Fiber & color (30โ40%) โ non-starchy veggies for fullness + vitamins (well-cooked and tender).
๐ฅ Smart carbs (10โ20%) โ small portion, only if your stage/plan allows (beans, lentils, quinoa, sweet potato).
Rule of thumb: aim for 20โ30g protein/meal, eat slowly, chew well, and stop at the first sign of fullness.
