KITCHEN STAPLES RESTOCK 🧂🐠

✅My criteria for a kitchen staple = RICH in nutrients + multiple uses

🫩That way, when I’m lazy & don’t feel like meal prepping

🤗I know that I AT LEAST have some solid products in my pantry or fridge that I can count on to make several different meals with, so I’m still nourishing my body (with low effort)

🌟My all-time favorite staples are:
1. Fine Ground Celtic® 🧂
Uses: add it to your water for extra hydration, add it to your meals for extra minerals

2. Bone broth 🥣
Uses: use it as a replacement for water in recipes, use it to steam your veggies in a pan, use it as a base for soups, drink it on its own

3. Frozen Veggies🥕
Uses: use in stir-fries, fried rice, soups & (depending on the veg) add it to smoothies

4. Tinned fish 🐠
Uses: make tuna or salmon salad, add to salads, make dips with it

🙏🏻I’m not 100% back to normal, but I’m MUCH better than I was 7 days ago

❤️‍🩹There are lots of things you can do to support the body when you’re sick

🌱I always start out with natural, holistic things, which usually do the trick!

😫But on the rare occasion, it’s not enough

💊On the morning of day 5 I still wasn’t improving & I was getting nervous I’d have to get on an antibiotic, so I decided to try Sudafed to help clear my sinuses

👍🏻Taking OTC meds is not my go to, but I’d waaaay rather take that than an antibiotic

🙌🏻So I took the Sudafed alongside my supplements (since those were addressing the actual infection) and by that night, I finally started to feel better!

😵In the wellness space I feel like things can often be portrayed as black and white/all or nothing!!! But that’s not really my vibe

🫶🏻I think there is a gray area every now and then. Life’s about balance and there is a time & a place for medicine

😌It has a big impact energetically on your space and frees up room physically AND mentally for us

✅I like to do it at least 1x per year during the spring!
