One of my greatest pet peeves are bad personal trainers. Unfortunately, there are way too many "trainers" who shouldn't be training anyone.

โ€‹โ€‹Itโ€™s one thing to not get people results. But itโ€™s a completely different thing to be actually bad and have clients do exercises that put them at risk for pain and damage to their joints and tissues.
โ€‹As a client, it's like you're paying money to accrue debt, and it literally makes me angry.
โ€‹โ€‹
โ€‹โ€‹Now, the problem is most people can't distinguish a good trainer from a bad one. Worse still, these trainers often don't even realize they are bad themselves.
โ€‹โ€‹
โ€‹โ€‹To help you avoid these pitfalls, here are 3 things to look out for:
