The energy session I experienced with Summer is unlike any other energy session I have done in the past, and it shows it the best way possible. My intention was to move some stagnate energy blocks that I could mentally and physically feel holding me back. After Summer dove into move this energy around, I could corporally feel these blocks leaving my physical body. My experience was not emotional per say, but more spiritual than what I ever expected. The session itself was nothing short of providing a safe and harmonious over all feeling, almost as if I was in a place of purgatory. After our session I felt pretty tired, physically spent, and very heavy. However, when I awoke the next morning I felt illuminated, rested, lighter, clear headed, and more energetic that I have felt since I can remember. Summer provided me with some breathwork homework and some suggestions on how to maintain staying in a better energy to keep me focused between sessions. I would recommend Summer to anyone looking to become unstuck, in need of healing, or looking to recenter, she’s authentic in her practice and comes by healing others from a pure and honest place, there is no question she’s your best antidote. I am truly grateful for Summer and her gift.
