🧘‍♀️ How to Fall Asleep Fast? Try Humming Bee Pranayama 🌙
Struggling with insomnia or restless nights? Swati, our expert yoga instructor from India, shares a calming breathwork technique known as Bhramari Pranayama—the humming bee breath—to help you unwind and prepare for sleep.

✨ This gentle practice:
- Calms the nervous system

How to do it:
1. Sit comfortably with your spine long
2. Gently use your thumbs to cover the cartilage of your ears
3. Place your index and middle fingers softly over your closed eyes, and other fingers gently around your mouth
4. Inhale through the nose, then exhale with a soft humming sound

😐Make sure to keep your mouth closed.
